I live across the street from a very unique artist–Nick Schmiedeler. I love his work. Henry is fascinated with it. People are always slowing down to take it all in. I tell them to drive through the alley so they can see the backside of the house. Check out some of Nick’s work:

An extremely dry summer and fall have stunted the fall colors in my neighborhood. However, a walk through OWL revealed that there are still fall images worth making and enjoying as the light heads south for the winter.
